Yoga has been proven to improve health problems and injuries including chronic pain, fibromyalgia, obesity, asthma, IBS, Chron’s Disease, high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, frozen shoulder and much more.

You will work with me and design a specific plan just for you and your needs.

1:1 sessions

If you have never done yoga, it can be intimidating. “I’m not flexible enough”, “I am not thin enough”, “I can’t do those poses” – I have said these things and sometimes still do. I offer 1:1 coaching either at my home office or in your home. We will tailor a plan just for you to meet your specific needs and on your time.

Small group sessions

Do you have a friend or two that would benefit from yoga? I will do sessions with you and your BFF (or 2)  and tailor it best to serve you all.
